REFUND POLICY

For the safety of everyone, all products are wrapped and properly sealed prior to shipping. If you are requesting a refund please email us with your order number and allow 48 hours for a response.

We will email you with a refund confirmation. 

 

How do I edit, cancel or change my shipping address on my order?

The shipping address can be changed ONLY if the order has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate solution.
Please note: we cannot edit orders AT ANY TIME.

 

My order is lost in transit?

We can have the item reshipped once the received shipping address is verified.
